Bethany McAllister

Bethany McAllister is a first-generation immigrant and appreciates the privilege to practice immigration law effectively- with creativity, compassion, and competence. Ms. McAllister specializes in family-based immigration, asylum, military parole in place, and represents Violence Against Women Act self-petitioners. Ms. McAllister applies a forensic approach to helping her clients overcome allegations of fraud and misrepresentation when the U.S.C.I.S. sends them Notices of Intent to Deny and Requests for Evidence.

A PERSONAL NOTE

Ms. McAllister understands the immigration experience because she lived in Brazil and Italy. She speaks fluent Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian and conversational Arabic. As a first-year law student, Ms. McAllister attended the UN Commission on Human Rights Working Group on Indigenous Populations of the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities as a silent observer. Ms. McAllister worked for Governor Terry McAuliffe during his tenure as the U.S. Ambassador to the Taejon, Expo in South Korea to complete her international relations studies at James Madison College.

Ana Quiroz

McAllister Law Firm, PLLC welcomes Ana C Quiroz. Ms. Quiroz has practiced law for 20 years in Lima, Peru. She also worked as a customs attorney from 1995-2012. Ms. Quiroz is passionate about immigration law and is a licensed paralegal and a commissioner of oaths in Ontario, Canada since 2017. Ms. Quiroz translates government documents from French and Spanish into English and vice versa. She also is available to meet with clients telephonically to complete immigration questionnaires so that we can prepare our client's forms correctly and more efficiently. Clients appreciate that Ms. Quiroz assists clients from the comfort of their own homes and during the weekend.
